How long does shipping take?

All orders placed before 2PM on business days are usually dispatched the same day.

Express shipping: 1-3 business days,

Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes - all orders come with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

How long does it take to see results?

If you are a skin type 3-6 you will see results within days to a week.

Skin types 1-2 may need double the dose (2 bottles) to be fully loaded.

Do often do I use it? 

All products come with easy-to-read instructions inside your package or reach out for a digital copy.

How long will it last me?

LOADING STAGE - First bottle will load you - 3 - 4 weeks.

MAINTENCE STAGE - The second bottle will maintain your colour.

6-8 weeks depending on your skin type.

What if my items arrives faulty?

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue for assessment.
